Zrinka Goes Global: Judging Nailympia China 2025

 

This spring, I had the incredible honour of being invited as one of the 25 international judges for Nailympia China 2025—a competition that continues to raise the bar in our industry. What makes this invitation even more meaningful is that I stood as a judge  representating both Canada and the entire Balkan region, proudly carrying the names of Croatia and Canada onto the global stage.

 

This marks I fourth year judging Nailympia, and once again, I was the only Croatian nail expert selected to sit on the panel. It’s a role I take seriously—because every competition like this is a chance to not just uphold standards, but to help shape the future of nails.

 

A standout moment from this year was our visit to the first Nail Art Museum in China, a space dedicated to honouring the creative excellence in our field. I’m beyond proud to share that once completed, this museum will permanently exhibit my work—cementing a little piece of Croatian artistry in an international archive of nail history.

 

This journey has been a reflection of years of dedication, thousands of hours behind the table, and an unshakable belief that nails are not just beauty—they are craft, expression, and discipline. To be seen, recognized, and trusted on this level is something I’ll never take for granted.
